Community Relations Module
Highlights: Information from both charity and donation request perspectives can be tracked. Interaction with organizations is logged and can be summarized by time frame, event, type of donation, etc. A summary of activity and funds raised can be generated through a series of available reports.
The Payoff: A centralized database of individuals and organizations allows the Community Relations department to get a better handle on interaction, requests and contributions received. Automation streamlines fulfillment activities, simplifies the tracking and reporting process as well as the management player appearances.
